Neuropathy due to herpes infection

I have been pins and needles pain and burning my hands and feet almost 2 months for now , and i have herpes simplex 1 infected ,which could damaged my nerves. What i should do for treatment, and i never have out break or cold sore yet.

Are you being treated for thyroid issues as well or did you mean for this question to go on one of the other forums here. Pins & needles and burning feet could be a sign of Vitamin B12 deficiency. Have you had b12 and folate tested? Iron and vit D are worth testing too as good levels make a big difference to your wellbeing
