She reduced your dose because of your low TSH. That's what they do. It's very rare to find a doctor that has any understanding of thyroid in any country. Can't comment on your FT4/3 because you haven't put the ranges - you must always, always put the ranges. Isn't there another doctor that you can see? You're going to have to learn enough Spanish to protest.
They may seem mid-range, but if you took your levo before the test, then you have a false high FT4. And, the time of day will affect the TSH.
So, next time you go for a test, make it as early as possible - before 9 am - and leave a 24 hour gap between your last dose of levo and the blood draw.
Your TSH will probably be higher next time, anyway, because of the reduction in dose. But, I don't think there's much you can do about it before then.
She sent me for another test only two weeks after she reduced my thyroxine! Again I had meds! And it was not very early! Not had results should have gone to Drs Tuesday but felt so dreadful I made another app! That’s not till 14th Dec! I don’t know wether to take the 25 she knocked off or not! Cannot see her sending me for another test!
Well, she should test you six weeks after reducing your dose. That's the protocol. If you start taking the 25 she knocked off, will you have enough to last six weeks? If so, then add it back on, and next time do the testing correctly.
