My vitamin D has dropped below range as I stopped supplementing it over the summer.
Level 46.9 nmol/L 50.00 - 200.00
I have previously used Betteryou spray but realised it contains acacia gum which someone on the forum said should not be use if you get hay fever, which I do get, so could anyone recommend another good Vit D spray without this ingredient in.
Many thanks.

I suppose the drops will be absorbed in the same way as the sprays.
Ah, I didn't look how to dose with them, but reading them it looks like you can put the drops in water or juice. I assumed it would be a normal dropper and you could take them sublingually. Certainly the Nutri one is a normal dropper, maybe you could contact them and ask if you can take sublingually.
Hormone-hell Do you take your Nutri drops sublingually?
Just reading the recommendations for Vitamin D. Can any one tell me if its best for vitamin D3 to include K2 or any other vitamins/cofactors? The only I've been using includes K2 (the Bettersray), and wondered if that was good or bad? TIA
The important cofactors for D3 are Vit K2-mk7 (90-100mcg for up to 10,000iu D3) and magnesium.
Whether you buy a combined D3/K2 supplement or take them separately doesn't matter.
D3 aids absorption of calcium from food and K2-MK7 directs the calcium to bones and teeth where it is needed and away from arteries and soft tissues where it can be deposited and cause problems such as hardening of the arteries, kidney stones, etc.
Magnesium helps D3 to work. We need Magnesium so that the body utilises D3, it's required to convert Vit D into it's active form. So it's important we ensure we take magnesium when supplementing with D3.
Magnesium comes in different forms, check to see which would suit you best and as it's calming it's best taken in the evening, four hours away from thyroid meds
