VIT B12 AND VIT B COMPLEX ?

With the risk of sounding silly i need some advice please as I think iv misread advice , my recent blood tests showed my B12 was fine i was then advised to take vit B complex but I stopped taking Vit B12 should I be taking Vit B12 and the B complex ? Or just the B complex. Iv confused myself , thankyou in advance

If you take B12 then you also need a B Complex to balance all the B.

If you take a B Complex you don't have to take a B12 supplement unless your B12 level is really low and there's not much in the B Complex.

How much B12 in your B Complex?

What's your B12 level?

Ahhh that's ok then , just checked my eye sight is awful but its super B complex by Igennus and I think its 900 u something lol I honestly cant see it but its definitely 900 something and its definitely NOT mg sorry cant be any clearer but im suffering terribly with dry itchy eyes and poor vision lately . Thanks for reply x

If you're taking 2 x Igennus then the total B12 is 900mcg. That should be enough if your B12 is already at a decent level.
