annakonda2, Unfortunately, recommendations for which one to try really aren't useful with thyroid medication. Everyone is different and the 'best' one is the one that suits the particular individual. Some prefer Thiroyd, some prefer Thyroid-S. The only way to find out which one works best for you is by a process of trial and error. Pick one, work with it for a while and see how it goes. You might strike lucky the first time, or you may have to move on and try a different one. There is no 'one size fits all' and it can be a long road to travel until you get to where you want to be
