As with all multis, it contains not much of anything and the wrong form of ingredients, eg folic acid and cyanocobalamin and the recommended forms are methylfolate and methylcobalamin. It contains the selenite form of selenium which is the least absorbable, best forms for absorption are selenium l-selenomethionine or yeast bound selenium.
The zinc to copper ratio seems to be very off with zinc 1mg and copper 2mg, normally you would see a much higher amount of zinc and a small amount of copper, ofter in a ratio of 8:1 - 12:1
It contains calcium which should be and only supplemented if found to be deficient.
It also contains iron, again this should be tested before supplementing, but also the iron will affect the absorption of everything else.
Test the important vitamins and minerals, see if you have any low levels or deficiencies, and supplement those accordingly
Vit D
B12
Folate
Ferritin
Hypos are usually low in zinc and high in copper, so adding more copper is not a good idea - I take it you are hypo?
There's no knowing what ginseng will do to your cortisol - might lower it, might raise it. Do you know what your cortisol level is?
Iron should not be taken with other things because it affects their absorption. It should be taken at least two hours away from everything.
These bunches of random nutrients, stuffed into one tiny pill, are always a very bad idea in my opinion. It's much better to get tested and find out what you need, and how much, and supplement accordingly.
