I'm beginning to think that soya milk does not agree with me. I have had two occasions recently where I've had a coconut/soya milk hot drink and felt awful about 9-10 hours later for about 12 hours or so. Normally I avoid soya, but if it creeps into ingredients low down on the list I'm would probably eat whatever it was.
I am normally 100% gf and df and going strict df was a game changer for me, with lift in mood, engergy and reduction in headaches. Any thoughts? Do I need to go all out soya free too? It's on Dr Isabelle Went's top 10 culprits.
