This has been asked many times and there is no right or wrong, some say have it and others say don't, the choice has to be yours.

Hi Maria

I was offered the flu jab as I have asthma and had it without issues

It’s a big decision as I don’t routinely have jabs but having had flu which went on to pneumonia I decided to have it

I have Hashimotos and have had this year's flu jab. But as bantam12 says in the end the choice is yours.

I've never had a flu vax & will never have one. They're not even effective. Vax contains mercury & other highly toxic chemicals. You can Google to learn what's in them.

In order to make an informed decision on this, you really need to do your own research into exactly what they are proposing to inject you with. If you're looking for personal opinions, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole! Or any of them.

I believe this years is only 19% effective (assuming they've picked the correct virus) and they do contain mercury which is extremely toxic. In my opinion, not a great idea to be injected with toxins, especially when suffering from an autoimmune condition.

I would suggest it's more beneficial to ensure your vitamin and mineral supplementation is optimal, Vit D and lots of Vit C etc., and take your chances with your own immunity, which may well prove more effective, especially without the extra burden of having to detox the adjuvants.

However, we're all different, and you must make your own decision based on your own understanding of your particular condition. Also I have been damaged by vaccine, and likely have a biased viewpoint ~ I just don't want anyone to go into it blindly, as I did. Learn all you can and good luck with it 🍀 x
