Has anyone any advice about having the flu jab when you have Auto Immune Thyroiditis? I am very uneasy about having it.

I'm in the against camp.
Thank you. Have checked the previous posts as you suggested. Very conflicting views there. I'm still very undecided. I am in my 70s and have the added complication of Lupus.
It has to be your decision. I'm 69 and have a progressive lung disease so I'm in two 'at risk' groups, but I prefer to boost my immune system and take basic precautions like frequent hand washing than accept a dubious jab that has a minute chance of covering the strain of flu that might be about this year.
I have only ever had the flue once in my 54 years, once was enough for me I honestly thought I was dying and this was pre hashimoto's pre T2 diabetes and pre Crohns when I was young and healthy. It took me months to fully recover and it's not an experience I would relish now being older and more vulnerable. I have been having my yearly flu jab for as many years as they have offered it. "I've got the flu" is a phrase often heard coming from someone with the sniffles, but rarely true!!
Conflicting advice indeed
There is some newly published (this year) research which shows the flu jab is something like 5% effective overall and less so as you get older. That means it is 95% ineffective. And it can have some pretty horrible side effects.
It is, of course, entirely your decision. I will not be having it again.
I would not have any vaccine shots eber’ Theses a lot of undesirable elements in them.
