The Vit D Council, the Vit D Society and Grassroots Health all recommend a level of 100-150nmol/L (40-60ng/ml)

Is 155 too much?

I certainly wouldn't be worrying about 5 points over the recommended range where Vit D is concerned. Risk of toxicity is over 250nmol/L.

Thank you. I have been taking 200ug daily, so at least that worked well :) (no sun during late autumn, and winter, so that's why supplementing. I wonder if I should stop now, when the sun is peaking a bit again)

That depends on how much exposure to the sun your skin gets unprotected, and whether you make much Vit D naturally.
