I just got my lab results and I am not sure what I should start supplementing. I did my research and I see most of my results are too low but I need some second opinion on this before I'll start ordering supplements.
I started on NDT a few months ago but I started feeling worse when rising over 1,5 grain so I checked cortisol (I'm low-low-low-high) and now nutrient tests. I was off NDT for 1 week and now I'm back on 1,5 grain.
Iron - I got prescribed 80mg of iron with 0,35mg of folate by my doc and have been taking it for about 5 months then I stopped for a month before doing tests, I got basically no improvement.
I see my D3 is seriously low and B12 is also not the best. Should I start supplementing both? What doses?
I'm already taking 2g of vitamin C and 100mg of magnesium.
