I've read how our TSH level varies from early morning to later in the day - so when is the 'best' time to do a full range thyroid/vitamins/minerals test - that reflects the 'actual' state of the thyroid's health? Many thanks.

First thing in the morning (as early as possible) fasting - so nothing except water beforehand. If you are taking any supplements containing biotin stop these 4-5 days before.
