I take T3 and T4 with my GPs knowledge and I need bloods doing. Do I still need to have an early fasting test? My doctor isn’t in the least freaked out by my suppressed tsh.

Possibly not but do make sure that last dose of Levothyroxine is 24 hours before and last dose of T3 is 12 hours before blood test
Why do you need bloods doing at all? If you’re not going to take any notice of the result there’s no point. But I f you have suppressed tsh the only way it’s worth looking at levels of T3 and T4 is if there is some point in comparing with previous results. And you can only do that if you standardise the conditions, test at same time, same distance from meds. Your GP may be freaked by high levels of T3 or T4 that are only high because they are falsely elevated by your last dose. I wouldn’t risk it, what if your calm GP is covered by a locum on the day?
I always get ft3 and ft4 as well as tsh and they are being done again because I’m becoming increasingly tired. I’m having other bloods done at the same time not just thyroid. I leave the recommended times between taking medication and having bloods taken.
I’m under an endo who also had no problem with my suppressed tsh so in the unlikely event my gp isn’t in they have the endos opinion to go with.
