Switched to Synthroid from levothyroxine

Hi, I just switched from 56 mcg of levothyroxine to 75 mcg of Synthroid. Is that too big of a jump? Could be coincidence but I slept horrible last night--felt wired and heart rate felt faster than normal.

I also take 5mcg of T3 daily.

Increases in T4 are usually 25 mcg at a time, so no, it wasn't too big a jump.
