Need help with results - T3/T4 combo treatment

I need to call on the help of this community again.

So I just had my bloods done (please see the attached) and my TSH has gone up, FT4 down and FT3 down - this is on 100mcg Levo and 18.75 mcg T3.

My results from August on the same doses above were:

THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE *0.218 mIU/L 0.27 - 4.20

FREE THYROXINE 16.700 pmol/L 12.00 - 22.00

FREE T3 5.55 pmol/L 3.10 - 6.80

The main issue I'm having at the minute is with PVCs/Ectopic heart beats which I used to get before I started treatment - so I assume they are a symptom of being under medicated.

With that in mind I'm unsure as to whether I should increase levo to 125mcg or up the T3 to 25mcg (or do I need to up both ?)

Part of me thinks perhaps I need higher FT4 because I never had ectopics on Levo when FT4 was higher in the range but because I've added T3 I've heard that lowers FT4 anyway.

Please help this very confused person, as my endo isn't great.

If I were you, I'd increase the T3. But, it's one or the other, never both at the same time.

When I look at my results part of me thinks what's the point in me even bothering with T4 at the moment, doesn't seem to be doing much.

That is a very individual thing. Some people need a decent level of T4 to feel well. Others need T3 only. You could try T3 only, see how you feel. You could always add the T4 back in if you felt worse.
