I see somethings are low, I am just not sure why other than that i lowered my dose of Armour thyroid from 75 to 50 due to being over dosed. Could this possibly explain why things are so low?
Thank you in advance!

Total T3 isn't a useful test. Total T3 measures both bound and unbound. You need FT3 to determine the amount of free (unbound) T3.
When taking NDT, one would expect to see TSH quite low in range, even suppressed, FT4 can be low in range, and FT3 would probably be in the upper third or quarter (if that's where you feel well).
You don't have to worry about reverseT3, it's in range and one would expect to see that high if FT4 was high/over range (usually when taking too much Levo and it not converting to FT3) or high rT3 can also be caused by other illness.
then if that was my result along with FT3 2.3 range: 2.2-4.2, I think I would try an increase in Armour first. Retest after 6 weeks, see what's happening to both FT4 and FT3, if FT3 remains very low then maybe consider adding T3.
This is my personal opinion and what I would do, it's not medical advice.
