Just got results back - what questions should I ask my doctor?

Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum and have found it really helpful reading others' experiences. I recently had some blood tests done based on a visit to an endocrinologist regarding various health-related issues. They came back as follows, and I'm curious as to what to expect when I see him again (e.g. what kind of questions I should ask...)

TSH: 3.0 / Free T4: 1.1 / T4: 8.1 / Total T3: 84.9 / Protein-bound iodine: 4.1.

Does any of this appear to be of concern? I have various symptoms that I've read about on the forum, notably a puffy, moon-like face that I've never been able to get rid of regardless of how much my weight fluctuates (I'm slim from the neck down).

Many thanks in advance for any tips, wisdom, advice.

Paul

It's impossible to interpret your test results without their reference ranges, they vary from lab to lab. If you can add the ranges then members can comment.

Also, Total T3 isn't a helpful test. It's Free T3 that's needed.
