I've just got my lab results back from Blue Horizon and wondered if I could have some assistance please on my levels. TSH, Free T3 and Free T4 all seem to be just outside where they need to be. They're certainly better than the last lot of results in February but I'm not feeling 100% - very achy and under par. Currently taking 1x 150mg Thyro-Gold capsule per day.
Possibly I could do with improving my vitamin intake (D and B12)? I would really appreciate an expert opinion please. This site is invaluable and I would never have got this far without you.

Hi! I’m sure someone better qualified will be along in a minute but I recently saw Dr Toft, who told me not to get hung up on the TSH being too low as long as your T4 and T3 are ok (which they look to be) and you’re feeling well. Ie, go by your symptoms not the TSH.
As I say, I’m no expert but I thought I’d mention it! 😉
Thank you greygoose. I feel good mentally but my muscles are very achy, I'm pretty tired and my tummy is bloating out all the time. I'm so used to all of these symptoms raising their heads every so often, but it's frustrating when my levels are relatively normal for once. I should be feeling great! I'll up my B12 and I'm currently cutting out gluten. Would you advise an increase in Vitamin D?
I'll get on to it all. Thank you - it's so comforting to be able to reach out and get tangible support and advice. I'm really not sure what state I would be in now if I hadn't found this website.
I know what you mean. I was getting nowhere with my endo - a weird old bird (younger than me but seemed old). So, I went searching and came up with Mary Shomon's forum on-line. And that saved my life and my sanity. But, I left that forum because it was too geared to the US, and not much practical use to me. But I did learn an awful lot. I think I'd be dead by now, if I'd stayed with that endo and hadn't started learning for myself.
