Help with medicheck results and fatigue please.

I'm on 75mcg of levo have beem for years.

I'm so tired I can't barely function most days sleep about 8-9hours a night do abit of yoga etc eat well.

My tsh is high but so is t4 and t3 is ok I assume?

My vitamin d is ok and i supplement 2000iu a day , folate and b12 I take jarrows but will do more regularly I also eat liver once a week. I have been gluten free for years and my diet isnt so bad

Any recommendations as to thyroid???

Your TSH should be about 1 or below but having Hashimotos ,shown by your antibodies ,might cause fluctuations.At a guess you are undermedicated although your FT4 is over range your FT3 which is the active hormone is under half way .Possibly you are a poor converter of FT4 to FT3.

Selenium? Would agree low conversion as t4 at top - much same as me in fact

Folate looks low, should iron be halfway ideally?

(Is gut good are aderenals overworking? Just thoughts )
