Weight Loss and CBD Oil

I’ve tried samples of CBD oil and paste previously so after researching its benefits and suffering with constant migraines and cuticle allodynia I decided to vape CBD oil as it was the most effective way to get it into the blood stream and to the brain other than IV.

I’ve been vaping CBD Oil now for 5 weeks and to my surprise have lost half a stone! One effective I wasn’t expecting, however there is some evidence out there it can help with weight loss. In 5 weeks I’ve lost 7lbs.

I’m not particularly big as I’m on a low carb diet but have been for years which helps control my weight. But my weight hasn’t budged since the beginning of the year when I went grain and gluten free.

I thought I would share my experience as I know weight gain is a real struggle for many with hashimotos and are hypo. I’ve also had no severe migraines since either.

CBD Oil is legal in the UK and should be available on prescription from specialist NHS doctors from October - so even the NHS recognise the benefits!

If you do decide to try CBD oil pls get a good quality (not H&B) and start with a low % / mg and increase slowly to build up your intolerance.

I would be interested to know if CBD oil helps with migraine. She has around 13 or 14 a month and has been told she doesnt have enough for further treatment. (It varies from area to area - postcode lottery)

I have severe end up with an ambulance and A&E which is embarrassing and also ongoing cluster migraines which I can only function on with high dose aspirin. CBD oil has helped but hasn’t eliminated them. I’ve suffered with migraines since being a teenager and only know stress is my trigger. It’s very difficult to manage unfortunately even though I’m careful with my diet too

I'm glad to hear this is helping you. Are you based in the UK? If so, where do you currently get your CBD oil from as ai am interested for my headaches?
