For someone with no thyroid you are taking a very small dose of Levo, if you post your latest blood results members can advise, it's quite possible your symptoms are because you are undermedicated.
Thankyou for your reply . The doctor doesn't want to give a higher as then in few months it will get too high and effect my heart? He also has to try nd balance my hrt medication too . I am struggling at work and feel very low too. Thankyou.
A higher dose will more than likely improve your bradycardia and ectopics.
Many of us are on hrt as well as thyroid replacement so that's not a reason to limit Levo dose and again a proper dose of Levo could well improve your symptoms.
Most GPs are useless at treating thyroid disease so it's up to us to take charge of our health.
You really do need to see your actual thyroid results !

Here's your earlier thread - maybe something there to help you
Gluten Free is only expensive if you buy the special GF foods in the supermarket. Veggies - rice etc are not expensive. Cheap cuts of meat slow cooked with lots of veggies. Cabbage soup with the spices of your choice There are excellent websites which may give you some ideas. Of course it does mean changes - but one that you will soon adjust to. I eat unusual things - like courgette omelette for breakfast. Salads for lunch and lots of veg for supper with chicken thighs or similar - fish too. I live in Crete - so no Gluten Free foods here - well yes there are in some non Greek Specialist shops.
I have not had the same surgeries as you but have had my share !
Heart issues can be related to LOW iron/Ferritin - Folate - B12 and VitD - have they been tested ? - as well as low T3.
I'm not sure but I will ask about my iron .Thankyou.
