guess what ? My GP has seen the difference in me after 23 horrid years on Levothyroxine! She’s even reading my Amy Myers book I’ve lent her !!! 👏👏👏

We need to spread the word & never give up !

My GP was fascinated to see my TPO antibodies falling after going strictly gluten free.

The wonders of putting multiple private test results on a single spreadsheet.

GP's normally only ever look at individual test results, not at progress over time

(Obviously this spreadsheet was only possible by using private tests as NHS refuses to retest antibodies)

She now, as direct result, recommends all her Hashimoto's patients try strictly gluten free diet.

I also wish I’d had the Medichecks bloods done right at the start 😩 a year ago -

Instead of getting a hotch potch half NHS & half Private & extortionate !

Maybe Health Unlocked -should have a steps 1, 2, 3 what to do first

At least you only waited a year

I didn't take action for over 20 years. Only after reading on here about importance of low vitamins, did I get full private testing

I had tried Armour and T3 unsuccessfully about 12 years ago. Obviously with multiple vitamin deficiencies and unrealised gluten intolerance, it was no wonder I couldn't tolerate either

Very frustrating for all of us - & all the people who are still being diagnosed with no good advice

I’m struggling again on Nature Throid - odd puffy upper arms - almost a 5 inch circle of bruise & puff 🤔fatigue back

Lots of other symptoms on 3 grains a day - so I’m glad I FINALLY HAVE ordered the test of vits & full thyroid plus antibodies from Medichecks -

I’d like to try WP ? But it’s not available & my Pharmacy says “ it’s quite worrying - there is no news “
