Tsh 0,08?
Hi Mariann,
People will be able to give you better advice if you can post the rest of the results, plus the “normal” ranges listed by your lab. Saying that the T3 and T4 are low isn’t enough info to be able to reply to your question. Generally speaking, looking at a TSH number alone is difficult to get the full picture, so if you could add in any of the other results (or even just add a photo) then you’ll get better replies from people here.
Thank you very much, its Strange with these resultat I am feeling okay?? Maybe there is room for an increase of thyroid up to fex 90 mg , right now its only 60 mg
I do NOT have ft3 and ft4, the laboratory do NOT make it, maybe that shows better effect of thyroid, I only have thyroid from june the little dose

Hi do you mean you are taking Thiroyd the NDT? If so the TSH test is meaningless as it does not work when taking NDT. In healthy people TSH rises when we need more hormone and drops again when we have enough but as NDT contains T3 it upsets this reaction, usually by over-reacting and dropping TSH way more than it should. My FT4 was below range and FT3 was very bottom of range so my TSH should have been raised but like you it was not it was well under at 0.05 I felt unwell and i needed an increase which is the opposite of what the low TSH was saying.
I think the T3 and T4 result you have may be the equivalent of our FT3 and FT4 but using different ranges, they dont seem to fit with TT3 (total T3) and TT4 which is the other option.
If you feel well then stay as you are, if you dont due to hypo symptoms you could try a quarter tablet increase at two week intervals to see if that helps but listen to your body for changes, eg feeling hot, fast pulse, anxiety or sudden palpitations. If that happens you have gone a quarter tablet too far or increased too quickly so drop back. I only needed one extra quarter to bring my FT3 from bottom range to the right level for and my FT4 back in range. I feel ok with FT4 at the bottom end but if you dont you could add some T4. It is trial and error as to what combination and dose suits each person.
As long as you feel well and your FT3 is in a good place dont worry about the TSH. If the lab will not test, you may need to buy a private kit to get it done so you know what your numbers look like when you feel well.
