Start thyroid medication ?

TSH 2.69 (0.40-4.50)

T3,Free 3.0 ( 2.3-4.2)

T4,Free 1.0 (0.8-1.8)

TPO 15 (less than 9)

B12 2000 (200-1100)

Vit D 40 (30-100)

Folate 6.2 (greater than 5.4)

Ferritin 145 (20-380)

Symptoms are chronic exhaustion. Should I start thyroid medication ?

The results from this latest blood test are clearly different from the previous results.

My question is when does one decide to start thyroid medication ?

I would say not yet, your thyroid numbers aren’t bad but your Vit D could use a boost and might explain your tiredness

Also, I let my Vit D level slide, but I'll get back on it.
