Thyroid results - please PM where to get T3 online without prescription

As requested by SeasideSusie here are my partner and my thyroid results to advise where to source T3 online. Please PM me a source but don't disclose where in this thread. Thanks.

Not sure how to post another photo from my phone. My free T3 is very similar, reverse T3 slightly lower and no antibodies.

So your partner has Hashimoto's also called autoimmune thyroid disease

Important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 for you both, but especially with Hashimoto's

Low vitamins need improving first

Are you both on Levothyroxine? If so how much

Thanks for your response. Neither of us are on meds or want to try a T4 only drug. My partner's ferritin was 81 ug/L (ref 13-150), can't find the other results you requested but think they were towards the top of the ref range plus we supplement them.

Whoever the results showing here belong to, they are undermedicated as TSH is 4.39 and top of lab range is 4.2. Most people need a TSH around 1.0 to be symptom free.

As Slowdragon has said, you need to ensure vitamin levels are optimal or you will not utilise any kind of thyroid hormone effectively.

Has your partner had thyroid tests done through their GP? Were they similar to this? And have they shown these results to the GP?

With over range TSH and positive thyroid antibodies, it's recommended by Dr Toft, leading endocrinologist and past president of the British Thyroid Association, in an article in Pulse magazine (the magazine for doctors) that Levothyroxine be prescribed to "nip things in the bud". And why are you asking for T3? Levothyroxine is the best place to start. Those results can't possibly show whether T3 is needed anyway, TSH needs to be down to 1 so that you can see where FT4 and FT3 lie within their range. If FT4 is high and FT3 is low then that can indicate T3 added to Levo might be a good idea. As it is, FT4 is 24% through range, FT3 is 28% through range so they are currently well balanced.

But as SlowDragon has said, essential to test vitamins and minerals as Hashi's can cause low levels and deficiencies. No thyroid hormone can work unless levels are optimal. You need the building blocks in place before thyroid hormone can work.

You can post one photo in the opening post of a thread only. Why not type your results in?

There's absolutely nothing wrong with your partner's rT3 and if yours is even lower then there's nothing wrong with yours either. But we need to see your TSH, FT4 and FT3 to interpret them. Also post your antibody results so we can see where they are in their range.

Vast majority of thyroid patients do perfectly fine on Levothyroxine

Your partner needs to take these results to GP and get vitamins tested. GP should start them on 50mcg Levothyroxine

There are over 2.3 million people in UK on Thyroid replacement.

Even the small percentage that need T3, the majority of those add it to Levothyroxine.
