It's probably going to take a lot more than two weeks to feel the benefits of a gluten-free diet, I'm afraid. But, don't give up. I'm sure you'll feel better soon.
I'm afraid I don't know anything about blackeye pea flour, but nothing is especially good for Hashi's. Apart from gluten and soy, just eat normal, clean food.
If dissolving the probiotic in water helps your heart burn, then it's the right thing to do for you.
Dils have you been back to your doctor? What were the results of your most recent tests? It sounds like you are still very under medicated and possibly also lacking certain vitamins. I know how difficult it is to get help where you live but I really think you need more tests and probably an increase in your medication.
Going gluten free is a good thing to do but it does take time to see a difference. I actually felt worse at first because I think our bodies get kind of addicted to gluten so we can get withdrawal symptoms making us more tired, grumpy etc.. That will pass if you are patient. I'm so sorry we can't help you more xx
Unfortunately multi vitamins aren't much use as the doses aren't high enough for what we need.
Most of us with Hashimitos take vitamin b12, vitamin d and iron as they are the ones we are usually deficient in, but we generally need to have quite high doses. Magnesium citrate is good for constipation.
