Does anyone know if the above supplement could cause constipation? Suffered with constipation for years and was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s in April. Since staring levothyroxine I’ve had daily bowel movements which has been incredible but for the last few weeks I’ve gone back to once a week. Was wondering if it’s because I need an increase in Levo (sure I do, but that’s for another post) or could it be related to the supplement?
Unlikely to be due to vitamin B.....other than improving low B vitamins will improve your uptake and use of thyroid hormones, therefore dose increase more likely

Magnesium supplements can help with constipation.
Calm vitality magnesium powder is cheap and easy to use. Make sure it's four hours minimum away from Levo. Starting on small dose and increase slowly ....too much can cause diarrhoea.
Thank you, I'll give magnesium a go. Prune juice used to help but even that doesn't work now.
Your other post saying TSH is over range explains why you are extremely constipated
It's a common hypothyroid symptom
Getting dose of Levothyroxine increased by 25mcgs and bloods retesting in 6-8 weeks
Tell that to the receptionist at my GP's office. Will be going in on Monday the 3rd to request (demand) an increase.
