Help with labs results. Short of breath, but I feel good?

These are my labs from Monday. I am feeling a lot better, but have noticed I get winded, even when talking and rapid heart rate at night. I take my meds at 6:00am.

I was fasting and had not taken my 100mcg of levo or 12.5 mcg of liothyronine for 24 hours for labs.

I have taken only 50mcg of levo for two days and my heart rate is lower and this morning I dropped to 25mcg to see if backing off a little will get rid of the breathlessness as the high resting heart rate heart rate slowed down on the 50mcg of levo with 12.5mcg of liothironone.

My last labs on just 100mcg of levo were

TSH 1.63

Ft4 1.4

Ft3 2.68

My GP gave me 50mcg and 75 mcg scripts of levo and told me to play with the dose, that he trust my research. This morning I took 25mcg of levo with 12.5 of liothyronie(t3) to see if my breathless gets better. Does anyone have any experience or advice with this issue and if so based on my recent labs what should I do with Levo dose? Go up to 75 or stay a 50mcg for a few days? My TSH is suppressed is that to much? I don’t feel hyper, but think I may have ended up there. I appreciate and respect your opinions and experience.
