If you’re still feeling tired I would be tempted to raise the T4 to 150 mcgs as it’s not yet half way in range. That will increase your FT3 level, although it still may not raise it high enough for you to be symptom free.
Interestingly I’m on exactly the same doses of both T4 and T3 as you and under the care of an endo. He raised my FT4 to just above half way 19 (12-22) and then focussed on increasing my FT3 levels which are now near the top of the range but I still need another increase as am symptomatic.
Of course one method does not suit all so it’ll be interesting to see what others suggest.
Thanks for taking the time to reply. I’ve never taken 150 mcg of T4 and having added the T3 l was expecting higher readings for FT3 and FT4. Yes l hope l get some more replies. Yvonne
When taking T3 in any form then TSH should be suppressed, FT4 can fall in the range but FT3 should be high in the range but never over. The FT3 is the only accurate reading so I think who should add some more T3 rather than relying on T4 to convert well.
