Can anyone offer any advice please. Was feeling tired all the time & went for blood tests and ended up being diagnosed with Underactive Thyroid, Hashimotos and Two Thyroud lumps. Antibodies were so high my GP initially thought I had thyroid cancer. Started 25mg Thyroxine although they said my levels were borderline. Felt a bit better for a month or so but went back to feeling tired but also have muscle pain, confusion & can’t think straight some days and feel like I an getting worse not better. Went back to Endo and blood tests came back at:
T4 15.91 & TSH 1.620 which he says is spot on. I still feel rottern though and am not sure what to do. Feeling like this was never normal for me before.

What was your TSH level when you were diagnosed? Also get a copy of your blood test results including your TPO Thyroid antibodies and TgAb antibodies if they were tested. Keep a copy of all blood test results and make sure the results include the laboratory ranges.
Most people with thyroid cancer don't have thyroid antibodies and antibodies don't denote thyroid cancer so strange connection by Endo. Is he/she a diabetic specialist? Most of them are and most know diddly squat about thyroid disease.
My GP said that about the antibodies. Funnily the Endo is a diabetic specialist! Thanks for the tip. Will ask for full results and lab ranges! Thanks 😊😊
