I currently take all sorts of supplements, but reading up on some I’m not sure if I’m taking them correctly. There’s loads of posts about what to take and differing views on how and when. Sorry but I’m really confused and want to know I’m doing the right thing otherwise it’s a waste of time and money!
So here’s what I take & when
Thyroid medication on waking (6.30-8.30am)
B12(sublingual) & B complex (containing folate) in morning at least an hour after thyroid meds (usually around 10am)
Vit’s D, K2 & C with lunch (with some dietary fat)(12.30-1.30)
Iron, zinc & selenium with dinner(6ish)
Magnesium in evening about 8pm
Any views on what I should take together or not & when. Thanks for your continued help, I’m feeling particularly groggy today so I may be missing the obvious lol 🤯

The only thing I can see wrong with your current schedule, is that iron should be at least 2 hours away from anything else because it affects their absorption. So you need to find a time to take that on it's own. If it was me I'd try moving my lunchtime supplements to evening and take iron after lunch. See how that goes. Take Vit C with iron to aid absorption.
Keep your B vits 2 hours away from thyroid meds.
Vit C should be taken in divided doses throughout the day. I take mine before breakfast and before evening meal. If I feel the need for extra Vit C I take another dose before lunch.
That's what I sometimes do. I usually take D3/K2 at lunchtime, but sometimes do take it with my minerals after my evening meal, then magnesium before bed. Some people find that D3 can affect their sleep if taken in the evening, you'll have to see how you go with it.

When I saw a practioner 2 or 3 years ago, I was assured liposomal Vit C was the best and was what I needed, at the time it was £30 for a pack of 30 sachets. I went along with it for a while, but I needed 2 sachets per day according to the practioner. I couldn't continue the expense.
I went onto l-ascorbic acid, which was fine for me, but if using the powder form as a drink you need to use a straw to protect tooth enamel.
I now use a wholefood powder - acerola cherry - which works out roughly the same price as the l-ascorbic acid I was using.
Obviously, budget is a very personal thing but the Altrient C I was using is now £36-£40 for 30 sachets. There is a capsule form by Mercola that may work out cheaper, but I wont be going back to it. Just my opinion.
I got my powder from Amazon, comes in a foil pouch which I decant into tub. It takes longer than the ascorbic acid to dissolve, needs a little encouragement, stir round a bit and leave for a few minutes. It's not acidic so doesn't need a straw. I dissolve in some water then add some orange juice.
