I have had an undiagnosed thyroid problem for 3 and half years, and I have been taking NDT for 9 months, with some great results, but I also suffer from colitus and i find it difficult to maintain an optimum dose of NDT without inflaming my colon. I have been advised that mixing Levothyroxine and NDT may help me to reach an optimum dose without any adverse effects on my colon. Grateful if someone would kindly help.
