I started on levothyroxine 50mcg about six weeks ago, and the above are my latest blood test results.... .. all within normal range now. I am still trying to be investigated for secondary/central hypothyroidism . I still feel awful..... should my dose be increased, I think it should, but suspect my GP will think not. Any advice would be welcome please.

Yes your Levo should be increased. It looks as though your TSH has risen, it should be going down. The aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it needs to be for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges when on Levo if that is where you feel well.
The important FT3 reading is too low for you to be feeling improvement in your wellbeing.
50mcg is really a starting dose so your doctor should increase to 75mcg (levothyroxine adjustmants always need to be done in 25mcg increments) and then retest in another 6 weeks.
