Hemp protein powder,matcha and maca powder -how many hours apart from NDT?

Hi there,

I need your advice here as iam confused. I have started to use Hemp protein powder ,organic Maca and matcha powder .As we know that they consist of many minerals and vitamins including calcium magnesium iron .Iam a bit confused -should I take these powders four hours apart from NDT or can I use them in small quantities in my morning smoothies or they will interacted with my thyroid medication?

Good question. Hope you receive informed responses. I take matcha & moringa powders. To be on the safe side, I take 4 hours from NDT & T3.
