Long story short, 3 weeks ago I missed two days of my Liothyronine, I am sleeping more and wake up with a headache, how long does it take for my T3 levels to come back up?

I don't take T3 but as nobody else has responded, I'll just say that I don't know anything from personal experience but I know it has a short half life, therefore the effects would likely be pretty immediate. You should not really be suffering several weeks later from a few missed doses.

When did you last have a thyroid blood test and is it worth checking whether your total thyroid hormone dose needs adjusting? Have you started any new supplements that could be causing side effects?

T3 peaks in the blood about 4 hours after taking it, then it takes a few days to start working on a cellular level..... so I doubt your current symptoms are related to low t3. This weather takes it out of me.

Have you tested your B12, ferritin, folate and vitamin D levels?

I did think the hot weather could be a one possible cause.
