Hi all i had a telephone call late afternoon on friday from my endo- following a recent conversation about a request from me again to get a tsi test to see if i have graves, i thought with persistence he may say yes, but again a no!
He did say as explained before that yes i do have hashis as tpo is very raised but even tpo can be raised with graves-em? so tpo is not a definite confirmation for hashis. Then he said the biggest clanger of all-everyone who is hyper is 100%graves-well then there we have it no need to tsi test then. I did say to him that i disagree but as you know they are always right. I have a another endo app on 12th December and have now got a different endo to see.😨

What horrible mess your treatment has been, first 2 lots of lost results, then a diagnosis on the basis of inadequate tests. Touch really do need to see someone more knowledgeable. Wishing you luck it new Endo xx
Hi Rmichelle hope your as well as can be.me and you on the same bus the one that misses the right stop.between us we can't get proper answers always conflicting from gp to endo.they didn't tell me 100% just hyper then graves on the next visit .leaving us all mixed up.does any of the medical profession no what there on about our just can't wait to get rid of us .I think some of them have lost empathy for there patients. So WE suffer take care xxx
Hi there lovely lady-yes i know what you mean, which just want a yes or no that will do, he wont test and thats that, after xmas i will do it privately for my own peace of mind. Yes im on a half decent day today. Hope you are well.😊
I dont as far as graves is concerned, irs so silly really- being i have a different endo now i may approach the tsi test again and if its no then i will pay privately but its annoying as i pay my national insurance and taxes and still have to fork out of my own pocket. How are you mstiles?x
