Hello I have been searching the internet for a multivitamin & mineral that does NOT contain iodine but have had no success also I am turned off by some containing lecithin but is dirived from soya but have heard that soya should be avoided. I usually take my Levo early in the morning around 5 or 6am have breakfast around 9am so aim to take any vitamin supplements with my main meal in the afternoon. Can anyone help me with any info of where I can buy such a thing? Thanks!

Don't waste your money on a multivitamin and mineral. They contain too little of anything to help, generally contain the cheapest and least absorbable and wrong forms of active ingredients, and absorption can be affected by taking certain vitamins/minerals together. If iron is included then it affects the absorption of everything else as it needs to be taken 2 hours away from any other supplements, and if calcium is included then that would affect the absorption of iron.

If you think you may need vitamins and minerals then get them tested and supplement where you have low levels. The most important ones for us Hypos are

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin
