You are undermedicated to have a TSH of 2.19 as the aim of a treated hypo patient generally is for TSH to be 1 or below or wherever it needs to be for FT4 and FT3 to be in the upper part of their respective reference ranges when on Levo if that is where you feel well.

However, TSH doesn't give the full picture. You need FT4 and FT3 testing also.

It would also be a good idea to have vitamins and minerals tested as we need optimal levels for thyroid hormone to work properly:

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin

B12 ,428 ferrin 44 folate 2.1

Hard to be sure without ranges but those look much too low. Ferritin needs to be above 70, B12 over 500 (pref nearer 1000 even if that is over the top of the range). Folate looks under range and needs to be half way up range.

So how do I get doctor to cheak others and what do I do I’m on 150 mg Levo a day and have been 10 years I feel terrible and symptoms getting worse an very overweight and can never keep any off I feel totally ill in myself most of the time

First of all you ask if your GP will do them. If the answer is no, or he requests them and the lab doesn't do them, you will have to do what hundreds of us here do and that is private tests with one of our recommended labs. Easy fingerprick test at home, or venous blood draw. Members here can interpret results when posted with their reference ranges.

Have you got the reference ranges for those other tests, I can tell ferritin is fairly low and B12 could be better, but no idea about folate.

Yes hold on I will make a new post at top now as won’t let me add other pictures on this post doctor siad my folates are low and prescribed folic acid
