We would need the range to see. Every lab has its own ranges, so you need the range of the lab that analysed your blood. Even then, without an FT3 and antibodies, it's impossible to say anything for certain. All I can say is that your TSH is too low to get you a diagnosis, but that on its own, means nothing much.

Doctor refused to get a T3 analysis done unless she deemed it necessary.

I have a lot of the problems associated with underactive. I have a goitre on my thyroid , carpol tunnel, calcific tendinitis, joints hurt, weight can't get down . The list goes on .....

Thank you for replying .

Why do you say your T4 is not normal? What's the range, if that's FT4 it seems to fit into most ranges we see here.

You should get vitamins and minerals tested -

Vit D

B12

Folate

Ferritin

The don't do FT3 a) because it's expensive, and b) because they don't understand T3.

One thing, though, you don't have a goitre on your thyroid, the goitre is your thyroid which has expanded in an effort to make enough hormone.
