Case studies needed for Lord O'Shaughnessy

We need to collate some patient stories for Lord Hunt to send to the Lord O'Shaughnessy - healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...

These are the stories that we need:

1. People who have been on T3 for a while who have now been told that they can't have it prescribed on the NHS and who have not been given a referral to an endocrinologist

2. People who have been on T3 for a while who have been referred to an endo for a review and where the endo has said that their GP should continue to prescribe but whose GP has now refused due to CCG guidance.

3. People who have asked for a trial of T3 and who have been refused without a referral to an endocrinologist.

4. People who have asked for a trial of T3 and who have been to an endocrinologist who wants to pass care to the GP (i.e. wants the GP to prescribe) but the GP is refusing due to CCG guidance.

We would also like copies of any letters from GPs, Endos, CCGs or Pharmacists informing people that they can't have T3 prescribed any more but without a mention of a referral to an endocrinologist for a review.

Hi Lyn, are you still needing stories? I've been on lio since 2010. Now been told to reduce then stop lio and increase levo. I have hashimotos and coeliac disease. This day 4. Unsurprisingly I'm unwell.
