Ordering T3 from Greece - any recommendations?
I don't think there are any. Uni-Pharma restricted supplies of T3 to residents with prescriptions only. So the people selling it online can no longer supply Uni-Pharma T3. Some people have been paying for T3 from websites in Greece that still advertise and have had immense problems getting anything at all, or what they paid for.
You'll have to go T3 hunting elsewhere.

As you are a new member and there is no information in your profile or your post, can you tell us a bit about your thyroid journey?
Are you diagnosed hypothyroid? How long for?
What thyroid meds are you taking?
Any changes in dose, and what was the reason?
What are your latest test results for
TSH
FT4
FT3
Thyroid antibodies
Have you had vitamins and minerals tested, these need to be optimal for thyroid hormone to work properly.
We get many new members asking for sources of T3 and when we see their test results we often find the problem lies with undermedication and/or nutrient deficiencies.
Hi SeasideSusie,
I've hopefully updated my profile now with some of the information above. My latest test results are:
TSH 0.02
FT4 18
FT3 6.4
I've not had vitamins and minerals tested.
I've found that since starting T3 7 weeks ago, I feel much better in terms of mood, weight control, food cravings and energy. I currently see an endocrinologist privately, but due to a manufacturing issue, their T3 supply has run out. Hence why I am looking for other options.
I am wondering why you can purchase T3 with and without prescription and if this affects the quality. It seems strange that this drug can be bought without any controls.

As you have Hashi's it's essential to test vitamins and minerals. Hashi's and gut/absorption problems tend to go hand in hand and very often nutrient levels are low or even deficient. For thyroid hormone to work properly we need optimal levels of vitamins and minerals.
Are you strictly gluten free and supplementing with selenium l-selenomethionine 200mcg daily to help reduce the antibodies? Many members here have been helped by this.
You haven't given the ranges for your results (ranges vary from lab to lab) but I presume they are all within range.
You can't purchase T3 without prescription in the UK, it is a prescription only medication. It can be purchased over the counter in some countries, as can antibiotics, levothyroxine and other medications that are prescription only here, that's just how that country works, but it doesn't mean it's any less effective.
Greece generally now requires residents to show their prescription, and they are restricted to one or two boxes at a time. I suspect that the "T3 tourism" may have had something to do with that. The Greek supplier used by many members in the past is no longer reliable, they take orders and money and have not been fulfilling orders for over a year now.
