I went away for the weekend and forgot my tablets. I’m on 4 a day. Yesterday (Monday) I fell asleep at least 10 times. Could the missed tablets have caused this? I reasoned that since NDT has T4 in it, I should have been able to convert from that, although I think I have got conversion problems which is why I’m on NDT in the first place. Even if I’m able to, perhaps the enzymes necessary were not ready and available? I hope today is better!!

It typically takes two days (about 48 hours) from taking T4 (levothyroxine or the T4 in desiccated thyroid) for the T3 blood level that the T4 caused to show its peak.
Seems entirely feasible that Monday came and you did get the peak from Saturday.
