My ferritin needs to be tested again. In 2016 it was 30, my hair is shedding everywhere, and a few times I have noticed bald patches the size of 50p piece.
Any help would be much appreciated

Thanks for your quick reply. My doctor said my results were normal. I mentioned going for private thyroid tests, her comment was it would be pointless as they all go to the same lab.
Well, so what? lol What a strange remark. The point of private testing is that you can get the Frees and the antibodies and the nutrients tested, all the things that the NHS won't test. A TSH on its own is pretty useless. But a TSH of 2.67 is not 'normal' for anyone - treated or untreated. If treated, it shows that your dose is too low. If untreated, it shows that your thyroid is struggling badly.
Thanks greygoose. I am not on any medication for thyroid. In 2005 I suffered a stroke at the age of 34. I get fatigued easily, cold hands and feet, brain fog, weakness, I could go on and on with a whole list. If I mentioned it to the Dr they would blame it on the stroke, but I think there is more to it. If only I could wake in the morning with a spring in my step I would be happy, I feel like I'm 87 not 47.
