OT: update third week on vitamin B injection

There has been some ups and downs, but mostly just positive improvements. This really is, if not the missing link ,but a big part of the solution in my way for better health.

B1+B6+B12 gives me better appetite, improves digestion , increase my body temperature , sleep better , I recover slightly faster and have a bit more energy.

At first we thought I manage with one shot a week but it turned out it wears out a bit faster, so will get two shots a week for a while.

It's weird to actually feel hungry instead sick feeling. Haven't felt hungry for 2 decades.

Don't like the injections itself as it is 3ml and that much stuff injected into a muscle feels relatively uncomfortable. Not painful that way but weird.

I am not 100% well, far from it, but I take this for now. Will probably take months to feel full benefits.

Thanks! This injection helps to flush out the lactic acids so I am far more functional. Helps everyday life big time
