Can you please add the reference ranges for your results so we can see whether you are optimally medicated. Ranges vary from lab to lab so we need the results from the lab which did your test to be able to interpret your results. What dose of thyroid meds are you on?

Medication was finished in June 2016 was on carbimazole 20mg one daily and thyroxine 25 MCG one daily.

Unfortunately, naming the hospital doesn't tell us what the reference ranges are.

Are you on no medication at all now, no Levo?

And those results are recent?

What about the reference ranges. We can't interpret your results without them.

You look in pretty good shape to me (sorry, couldn’t resist responding to gorgeous photo)! SeasideSusie’s response is far more sensible.

Check your thyroid and especially your vitamin levels

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, TT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies. Plus very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12

Private tests are available. Thousands on here forced to do this as NHS often refuses to test FT3 or antibodies

thyroiduk.org.uk/tuk/testin...

Medichecks Thyroid plus ultra vitamin or Blue Horizon Thyroid plus eleven are the most popular choice. DIY finger prick test or option to pay extra for private blood draw. Both companies often have money off offers.

All thyroid tests should ideally be done as early as possible in morning and fasting. This gives highest TSH and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip, GP will be unaware)

You might find gluten free diet helps too, even after RAI
