stayed the same this week but im ok with that as i did feel as if i had a gain

also got my bronze and silver body magic awards

bronze is 3x 15 mins of walking ect for 4 weeks

silver is 6 x 15 mins or 3 x 30 mins for 4weeks

next is gold which is 10 x 15 mins or 5 x 30 mins for 4 weeks

wont be happening soon as went to drs regarding ferritin being at 30 and my symptpms and im now on ferrous fumarate for 3 months then another blood test

Great!!😊👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 that should help your ferritin, i could not take gps ones so had to take my own, mine was 10 back in january and in march it was 27-ive just had mine tested again so hoping it us around 40 but now been referred to specialist, remember retest in around 6-8 weeks as overdose can be fatal.xx

thank you, took 5 weeks to get both awards as i did enough walking for the last 3 weeks of the bronze.........all tracked on my fitbit
