I have moved house and consequently got a new GP surgery to attend.
I visit the Nurse on Friday morning for my bloods as an new patient. I would like to ask for lots to be done that I never dared ask for before so can people give me the names of what to ask for being tested? E.g. T3
I have hashimoto's, fibromyalgia, beta thalessemia, endometriosis.
Last year my bloods showed borderline for lupus but it was never diagnosed.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4, TT4, FT3 plus TPO and TG thyroid antibodies. Plus vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12.
Essential to test thyroid antibodies, FT3 and FT4, plus vitamins
If you are taking vitamin B complex, or any supplements containing biotin, remember to stop these 3-5 days before any blood tests, as biotin can falsely affect test results
