Hi Noscum. A goiter is not normal and means you have thyroid disease. Goiter's need to receive an ultrasound to make sure you don't have thyroid cancer. It's possible your thyroid is just enlarged and it is common to have nodules within your enlarged thyroid when you have a goiter.
We need the lab ranges for your bloods so we know what your numbers mean. Could you please post them? Which T4 test is that, total or free? The one you need is the free test. The other thyroid hormone is missing, T3. The test that you need is called FT3. There are two thyroid antibodies for hypothyroidism. TPOab and TGab. Did you get TGab tested, too?
Aches all over could be from Hashimoto's (if your antibodies are over range), or could be from some other autoimmune disease. Raynaud's is often an autoimmune symptom. Memory loss or brain fog can be thyroid related.
Did you also get complete blood work? What were the results and ranges? Were Vitamin D, complete iron panel (or in some countries they unfortunately only test ferritin), B12, folate and others?
