Iron deficiency or not ??

See this image attached , kindly tel me what difference between this iron test / haemoglobin/ ferritin ?? Earlier tool ferritin test some months back I was low but here in this test iron is normal so kindly tel me am anemic or not?

there are a lot of ways of measuring iron in blood - using one measure on its own can lead to an incorrect conclusion eg whilst ferritin on its own is a good indicator of iron status a low level does not necessarily mean that you have an iron deficiency.
