I have just picked up my latest bloods (done 2/5/18) and was surprised by the findings. It appears all is well but I still don't feel very well. I have an appointment with doctor this afternoon to review medications.
I have attached a picture of page 1 of my bloods, its long as I always have a full blood count due to Crohns and being on Azathioprine. I also currently take the following medications and supplements:
Levothyroxine 100 mcg
B12 Health Aid 1000ug x 1 tablet
D3 Vitabiotics 1000IU x 3 tablets
B complex Vitabotics x 2 tablets
Generic Morrisons multi vitamin x 1 tablet
Orlistat - 1 x Lunch 1 x Dinner (Not taken within six hours of Levo)
Could someone please review the results for me and comment on what good / not great please.
Im still suffering from fatigue, I don't nap in the morning but will often nap in the afternoons. I also have bone pain and a nerve / wrist issue much like carpal.

FT4 should be near top of range, yours is near bottom. FT3 is too low as well
Your vitamin D is too low. But not low enough for GP to prescribe. Supplementing Better You vitamin D mouth spray avoids poor gut function. Comes in various strengths. Perhaps choose 3000iu.
Aiming to improve to around 100nmol.
Retesting twice yearly recommended. Via vitamindtest.org.uk £29
Your vitamin B12 is quite high. You can probably cut back on B12 supplements. May be just once or twice week. Or just B complex may be enough
Vitabiotics B complex has folic acid, not folate in. Suggest you try a better quality one with folate in. Eg Igennus Super B complex

I will plug for an increase in Levo based on needing a TSH of less than 1 and having T4 and T3 in the upper ranges. Hopefully GP will see it that way. It's a new GP I have never seen before.
The better you spray how many times would I use this daily do you think?
Better You 3000iu, I would start with one per day for 2 weeks. See if any adverse reaction (unlikely). Then you could increase to 2 sprays per day for month- 6 weeks
Important to retest. People need wildly different doses to bring levels up. Important not to take too much....of too little

There's lots of different magnesium supplements. Many use Calm Vitality magnesium powder. It's cheap, easy to adjust dose. Best to start on low dose and increase slowly. Can cause diarrhoea if take too much! Must be four hours away from taking Levothyroxine
I saw my new GP this afternoon and whilst she was nice enough getting an increase in Levo was hard work.
In the end we agreed on an increase if 25mcg to 125mcg each day. The GP was very focused on the fact my tsh 1.6 and my other results are normal.
Interestingly when each prescribed the increase I saw the price of the tablets. They ranged from £1.65 to £2.75 with Tevo brand being the most expensive. I was surprised how cheap as chips the medication is.
One thing the GP did say was I did not auto immune thyroid. I asked her what caused it and she said it's probably hereditary? Any ideas on that one?
Also any one recommend the d3 and k2 mixed sprays are they any good?
